Accompanied by Guo Qing, the assistant to the chairman of the board of directors of Qingqiao International Security Group, Principal Wang Hua and his delegation visited the facilities of Qingqiao International Security Group's security base in Laos, gaining a detailed understanding of the group's operational model, safety management, and the progress of joint education projects between the two parties in Laos.

Wang Hua pointed out that with the deepening of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the cooperation between China and Laos in economic, cultural and other fields has become increasingly close. Taking education as a bridge, the new vision of building a multicultural "the Belt and Road" has become a civilized consensus for cooperation and development between China and ASEAN. Running Chinese universities overseas is a cultural confidence for universities to actively "go abroad", which is of great significance for enhancing the international influence and competitiveness of Chinese higher education. Kunming University of Technology, as a well-known higher education institution in China, has the responsibility and ability to contribute to the education cooperation between the two countries.

On February 24, 2023, Qingqiao International Security Group signed an international education cooperation agreement with Kunming University of Technology. The two sides conducted a one-year planning and design in areas such as cooperation goals, educational philosophy, roles of both parties, and enrollment plans, and reached a cooperation framework for joint education in Laos. The on-site inspection by the leaders of Kunming University of Science and Technology to Laos is also an important measure to promote the implementation and landing of school enterprise joint education projects.

At the inspection site on that day, Song Minying, Dean of the Confucius Institute at Sufanufeng University in Laos, and Shen Ling, Dean of the International College at Kunming University of Technology, respectively gave in-depth explanations on language training and technical talent cultivation. Both sides also discussed the details of enrollment majors and enrollment plans.
