On May 21st, the unveiling ceremony of the Beidou-3 Short Message Communication Civil Service (Jiangsu) Operation Center of Zhongbing Beidou Satellite Communication Co., Ltd. was held at the Shazhouhu Science and Technology Innovation Park in Zhangjiagang City. Beidou Satellite Navigation SystemIt is a global satellite navigation system independently built and operated by China, focusing on national security and economic and social development needs. It aims to provide global users with all-weather, all-weather, high-precision positioning, navigation, and timing services. It is an important national spatial information infrastructure.

On June 23, 2020,The 55th Navigation Satellite of the Beidou SystemThe successful launch in Xichang marks the comprehensive completion of the deployment of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system constellation. On July 31, 2020,Beidou-3 Satellite Navigation SystemFully operational, becoming the third global satellite navigation system.

Zhongbing Beidou Satellite Communication Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Ordnance Industry Group Beidou Application Development Research Institute, and a national level professional operating company for Beidou satellite application services. Responsible for the infrastructure operation and industrial scale application of the backbone subsystem of the Beidou-3 Project - the "Beidou-3 Regional Short Message Communication Application Service Platform".

The integration and innovation of "Beidou+" and the spatiotemporal application of "+Beidou" are the innovative development of the Zhongbing Beidou application system. The integration of networks, terminals, and data will accelerate the digital upgrading of BeiDou's spatiotemporal information and related industries, technologies, and businesses, and assist in the market-oriented, industrialized, and internationalized development of BeiDou's large-scale applications in multiple fields.

The module is a key component of BeiDou short message communication, and also the core carrier for achieving the integration of "BeiDou+" and the application of "+BeiDou". The BeiDou short message communication module fully responds to the industry's demands for size, power consumption, integration, and other aspects. It innovates and develops in module technology, component selection, algorithm design, and other aspects, creating a series of module products with the characteristics of "small size, stable performance, controllable energy consumption, and high integration". It integrates the integrated BeiDou short message SoC chip and related circuit units, simplifies terminal design costs, provides "out of the box" module selection solutions for terminals, and achieves diversified empowerment and efficiency enhancement of terminal products.

After the unveiling ceremony on that day, Deng Ning, the General Manager of Security Company of Qingqiao International Security Group, had in-depth discussions with the Beidou Technology Team of Zhongbing on application scenarios and terminal requirements in the international security industry, and conducted a scenario demonstration on SaaS software platforms and backend platform services supporting modules. Both sides also discussed promoting front-end innovation in emergency and international security.
