During the National Day holiday, Qingqiao International Security Group invited leaders from the Lao political and business communities to China for a one week inspection. Both sides conducted on-site project inspections and research on deep cooperation in the fields of energy, minerals, and smart cities.

The leaders and guests of the Lao political and business community who visited China for this inspection include former Deputy Prime Minister of Laos, Songshawa Lingshawar, Governor of Sekong Province, Rai Lai, Deputy Minister of Energy and Mines, Tongpa, Chairman of Duanzhalun Group Development and Construction Co., Ltd., Kangpai Xilhasa, Director of Geology and Mines Department of Energy and Mines Department, Su Kunsha, Director of Mineral Management Department of Energy and Mines Department, Zhantara Chokhaon, Director of Investment Promotion Department of Planning and Investment Department, Vatana Kang Sen, Director of the Energy and Mineral Department of Sekong Province, and more than 30 leaders from the Lao political and business community, including Sha Keng, Department of Planning and Investment of Sekong Province.

On October 4th, after completing the investigation in Kunming, Shanxi and other places, the members of the investigation team arrived in Beijing. Visited Dayou Guolian Holdings Co., Ltd. and Zhongting Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and inspected the Beijing headquarters of Qingqiao International Security Group.

Zhongting Holdings Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dayou Guolian Holdings Co., Ltd. The group focuses on important strategic deployments of the Party and the country and major strategic projects of the 14th Five Year Plan, in response to the country's accelerated construction of a new development plan with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other. In September 2023, Changsha Zhongting Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, and Lu Zhicheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qingqiao International Security Group, was invited as the Chairman, with the aim of further promoting the business expansion of the group with Laos and even the entire Southeast Asia region.

The chairman of the inspection team and former Deputy Prime Minister of Laos, Song Shawa Lingshawa, is a Chinese LaotianLao People's Revolutionary Party Advisor to the Central Committee, previously serving as a member of the Politburo of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao government, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and other positions. He has been committed to improving relations between Laos and neighboring countries and encouraging Chinese enterprises to actively invest in Laos. Songshawa Lingshawa pointed out that Laos, as a friendly neighbor of China, has rich energy and mineral resources, while China has advanced experience and mature technology in energy utilization, mineral mining, and smart city construction. This is also the vision of the inspection team's visit and the cooperation expectation of both parties. The total coal reserves of Sekong and Sarawan provinces in Laos reach 500 million tons, with particularly abundant resources. We look forward to deeper cooperation with Chinese enterprises.

The Laos delegation visited China during the National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holidays. During the visit, members of the delegation also personally visited the Shanxi International Music and Fireworks Festival, feeling the enthusiasm and friendship of the Chinese people towards the world.

At 6:30 pm on October 5th, Qingqiao International Security Group held a farewell dinner for the leaders and guests of the Laos political and business delegation in the Zhejiang Department of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Lao Ambassador to China Kanpo Ntavan and Lao Military Officer to China Misai Ponsava attended the dinner. Both sides look forward to achieving more concrete and substantive cooperation results in the future.
