Thailand News

A few days ago, a case occurred in Bangkok, Thailand, where a 51-year-old Thai accident patrol officer was shot and killed during a battle with a special police officer.

As for the cause of death of the patrol officer, his family members have doubts and unilaterally believe that there was a conflict during the arrest process that led to the death of the patrol officer through violence by the special police. In response, medical personnel also explained that the patrol officer died of excessive blood loss, but no bullets were found in his body. The fatal hit point was below the chest of the deceased.

In addition, after a preliminary autopsy, a drug component was also found in the patrolman's blood, which was initially determined to be cannabis residue. The specific results require further detailed examination.

It is understood that before the incident, the patrol officer purchased 100 rounds of ammunition and continued to fire into the sky at home, causing panic. After evacuating the crowd, the special police officer conducted several hours of negotiations with him, but failed. During the one-day confrontation, the staff finally forced into the room to control him in a "non live ammunition" manner. However, he used live ammunition against the special police officer, causing the staff to have to fight with live ammunition, and the patrol officers were injured during the fighting between the two sides.

Regarding the dispute over the cause of death, the Director of the Thai National Police, Dang Lunza, responded by stating that the special police personnel performed their tasks as required, and only chose to forcibly control the patrol officer after failing to negotiate with him for more than 20 hours to avoid causing greater losses.
