01Indonesia launches the country's first carbon credit exchange
Lianhe Zaobao reported that recently, Indonesia launched the country's first carbon credit exchange, hoping to fund Indonesia's carbon reduction efforts and eventually become a major participant in global carbon credit transactions. The exchange is operated by the Indonesian Stock Exchange and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. On the opening day, 13 carbon quota transactions were conducted, equivalent to 459914 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

01Red eye disease outbreak in Radanakiri Province, Cambodia
According to the Cambodian China Times, recently, the Cambodian Ministry of Health announced that a village in Radanakiri Province in northeastern Cambodia has experienced an outbreak of red eye disease.
