Zhongbing Beidou Satellite Communication Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Ordnance Industry Group Beidou Application Development Research Institute, and a national level professional operating company for Beidou satellite application services. Responsible for the national infrastructure operation and maintenance of the backbone subsystem of the Beidou-3 Project - the "Beidou-3 Regional Short Message Communication Application Service Platform", providing Beidou-3 short message communication services to domestic and surrounding countries and regions, and undertaking the responsibility of promoting the marketization, industrialization, and internationalization of Beidou-3 short message scale applications.

Qingqiao International Security Group was established in Hong Kong in April 2021. Wang Hui, General Manager of Zhongbing Beidou Satellite Communication Co., Ltd., stated that the benchmark application of Beidou Space Time has covered multiple fields such as marine fisheries, transportation and logistics, meteorology and hydrology, power and energy, oil and gas pipelines, geological monitoring, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, emergency disaster reduction, public safety, mineral resources, etc. The application of Beidou in basic industries has created conditions for new quality productivity. While gradually expanding the large-scale application of Beidou, we hope to form a joint effort to promote the "going out" of Beidou, better build the "Beidou of the world", promote the multi bilateral cooperation of Beidou, and provide more powerful support for the implementation of the country's "the Belt and Road" construction.

The research and development achievements of BeiDou's "chip module" with ultra small volume and multi-functional integration can integrate BeiDou-3 short message application services into positioning equipment, accelerate the scale application of BeiDou system in the security field, which will be the growth point of cooperation between the two sides in the international security field. In the future, both sides will have deep and diverse cooperation space in international market promotion, emergency product research and development, and security industry layout.
